Location: 1010 Vienna, with excellent connection to public transport (S-Bahn Wien Mitte, U3, U1)
Working hours: 20 to 38,5h per week
Work mode: Flexibility for remote work at least once a week
Tasks and responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor sea freight export shipments from booking to delivery
• Manage customer relationships and provide excellent service
• Communicate issues or disputes that may arise during the shipment process with superior and come up with possible solutions independently
• Identify and communicate opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sea freight export operations
• Completion of a solid education in logistics (apprenticeship, FH/university, …)
• Knowledge of CargoWise One or similar TMS, and proficient in MS Office
• Excellent communication, networking, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset
• Fluent in English and German. Additional language skills welcome
• Willingness to travel (globally)
